Quality Policy
It is the policy of Stead & Wilkins Limited to develop and maintain an effective quality management system based on BS EN ISO 9001:2008, in order that products and services provided by the company satisfy the requirements of our customers. The objective of the company is to supply, on time, high quality products ensuring that their workmanship, function, appearance and price will satisfy our customers contractual requirements.
In recognition and acceptance of the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and those of our customers, the policies determined and described in this quality manual have the full support of the board of directors and are mandatory.
It is the responsibility of company management to administer these policies and the resposibilities of all employees to carry out the procedures and practices referred to in this manual and supplementary working procedures.
